In professional racing, the distribution of roles often depends on the abilities and skills of each crew member. Some focus on tactics and weather analysis, while others are responsible for handling the lines and performing maneuvers. The crew gathers as much information as possible about the environment, the water area, and opponents in order to make optimal decisions and work as a single coordinated whole.
